Tech back your bits!

We are delighted to announce "Tech back your bits", developed in collaboration with the London Vagina Museum and dedicated to uncovering the impact of digital technologies on the health of the LGBTQ+ community and women. Join us Saturday 13th July to learn about the latest advancements and research into FemTech hacking, AI bias and Queer Data. Fancy a pint?

Our team will be presenting bleepDigital's latest work a the 'Pint of Science' festival this year. The event will be an opportunity to learn about the latest how cybersecurity issues, electromagnetic interference, and digital technologies all apply to your health and wellbeing. The talk is intended for the general public, so come along and grab a pint! Location and time to be confirmed.

Coming to a hospital near year

Our recent work on bias in Healthcare Artificial Intelligence (AI) was features in the I Newspaper, in an article examining the deployment of AI within the NHS. The research, lead by Dr Isabel Straw, demonstrated persisted sexist biases in algorithms used to predict liver disease. While AI has the potential to radically improve healthcare, for patients who have been historically marginalised the question of AI equity will be central to their care.
